When you subscribe to a package from iArchi, you obtain the right to use the platform and its features in accordance with the selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the service. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
iArchi offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee for the first subscription order placed by new users. The refund application is valid for 7 calendar days starting from the date of successful payment for the subscription.

7.2 Refund Application Process
You can find the "Request Refund" button next to eligible orders on the "Subscription Management" page in your website dashboard. Click this button and confirm, and the system will automatically process your refund request.
Please note: This button is only displayed within the valid refund period (7 days) and when your account status is normal. Once clicked, the refund process will automatically initiate and cannot be revoked.

7.3 Eligibility and Restrictions
To prevent abuse of this policy, refund requests may be denied or the button may not be available under the following circumstances:
(a) More than 7 calendar days have passed since the payment date.
(b) You are not a first-time subscribing user, or the current order is not your first subscription order.
(c) The system detects abnormal usage behavior on your account (e.g., requesting a refund immediately after extensive use within a short period).
(d) Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms of Service.
If your account does not meet the conditions for an automatic refund but you have special reasons for requesting one, you may contact us via email for manual review.

7.4 Refund Processing
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your payment provider and typically takes 3-10 business days.

7.5 Account Status After Refund
Upon successful refund, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and corresponding membership privileges will be downgraded or revoked.

7.6 Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to any statutory rights you are entitled to under the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
